SELECTED BIBLIOGRAPHY

There are no books dealing specifically with the Tarot that I would recommend especially; borrow anything you can from your local library is my advice. But my publisher expects a list so here goes:

Blakeley, John D. The Mystical Tower of the Tarot, Watkins Publishing, London, 1975.

Butler, Bill. The Definitive Tarot, Rider, London, 1975.

Douglas, Alfred. The Tarot, Penguin, London, 1974.

Gardner, Richard. Fortune Telling by Tarot Cards, Rigel Press, London, 1974.

Huson, Paul. The Devil's Picturebook, Abacus Books, London, 1972.

Card packs vary, but I suggest the following:

Either the Waite or the Aquarius pack: both are colourful and have pictures of the minor arcana.

Either the Old English or the Marseilles pack: all symbols are to be found here.

Always examine the packs before you buy and make your own choice.
